3. Recommendation of Approval of Funding from the Measure BP Stakeholders Oversight Committee (SOC) - Facility Maintenance, Programming and Site Maintenance for the Susan Rubio Zocalo Park and Civic Center Plaza For Fiscal Year 24/25 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Concur and approve the recommendation from the SOC for funding from the Measure BP Fund of $200,000 for the Facility Maintenance, Programming and Site Maintenance of the Susan Rubio Zocalo Park and Civic Center Plaza, for Fiscal Year 24/25; and 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $115,000 for Programming, $50,000 for Maintenance, and $35,000 for Contingency, from the Measure BP Fund and create new account numbers as needed to track all the related expenditures; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to make technical corrections as necessary to carryout the intent of the City Council.
