RESOLUTION NO. ____-2023 TO INITIATE PROCEEDINGS TO REAFFIRM THE LEVY AND\nCOLLECTION OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS AND ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO\nPREPARE AN ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #1,\nSTREET MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #1, STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT\nDISTRICT #1, AND FLOOD CONTROL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #1\nRecommended Action:\nApprove Resolution No. ____-2023 to initiate proceedings to reaffirm the levy and collection of\nannual assessments and order the City Engineer to prepare an Engineer’s Report for\nLandscaping Assessment District #1, Street Maintenance Assessment District #1, Street Lighting\nAssessment District #1, and Flood Control Assessment District #1, and waive the full reading.
