RESOLUTION NO. ____-2023 TO INITIATE PROCEEDINGS TO REAFFIRM THE LEVY AND\nCOLLECTION OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS AND ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO\nPREPARE AN ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #1,\nSTREET MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #1, STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT\nDISTRICT #1, AND FLOOD CONTROL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #1\nRecommended Action:\nApprove Resolution No. ____-2023 to initiate proceedings to reaffirm the levy and collection of\nannual assessments and order the City Engineer to prepare an Engineer’s Report for\nLandscaping Assessment District #1, Street Maintenance Assessment District #1, Street Lighting\nAssessment District #1, and Flood Control Assessment District #1, and waive the full reading.

8. COMMUNITY PROMOTIONAL FUND APPLICATION FROM THE ART AND INDUSTRIAL\nWOMEN'S CLUB\nRecommended Action:\nApprove a Community Promotional Fund donation in the amount of $1,000 and $1,193.16 of in-\nkind donations to the Art and Industrial Women's Club.

ALLOCATION OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUNDS\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council approve the additional appropriation of ARPA funds in the\namount of $1,125,873 to account 202.202.202.09.100 (Transfer to the General Fund) and the\ncorresponding increase to the revenue budget to account 100.900.820.202 (Transfer from\nCOVID-19).
