ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY 22-23 SB 1383 LOCAL ASSISTANCE GRANT AND BUDGET\nAPPROPRIATION FOR FY 24-25\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the acceptance of the FY 22-23 SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant and direct staff to\ncomplete the related budget appropriation, allocate the total award of $75,000.00 to Account\n218.218.218.07.752, and carry out projects as approved by CalRecycle.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE FY 23-24 BEVERAGE CONTAINER RECYCLING CITY/COUNTY\nPAYMENT PROGRAM AWARD\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the acceptance of the FY 23-24 Beverage Container Recycling City/County Payment\nProgram Award, direct staff to complete the related budget appropriation, allocate the total award\nof $6,591.00 to Account 218.218.218.07.711, and carry out projects as approved by CalRecycle.
