11. ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT PURCHASES\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:\nAuthorize the allocations to purchase the listed equipment from the FY 24 Budget savings, and\nMeasure Q surplus comprising $924,304.51 from the fiscal year 2024 budget savings and\n$756,095.64 from the surplus from Measure Q, and authorize the Assistant City Manager or\ndesignee to execute the necessary agreements.\nGENERAL, NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT: THIS IS THE TIME AND PLACE FOR THE GENERAL\nPUBLIC TO ADDRESS THE GOVERNING BOARD ON MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND WITHIN\nTHE CITY’S JURISDICTION.
