Approve Amendment No. 2 to the contract between San Bernardino County and the City of\nBarstow for the Barstow Cemetery Restroom Construction Project that will extend the\nobligation period to May 31, 2025.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute Amendment No. 2 to the contract between\nSan Bernardino County and the City of Barstow for the Barstow Cemetery Restroom\nConstruction Project.

12. AMENDMENT TO FY 2024/2025 PUBLICLY AVAILABLE PAY SCHEDULE (PAPS)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No -2025, approving the amended\npublicly available pay schedule (PAPS) (Attachment A) for FY 2024/2025 with an effective date of\nFebruary 18, 2025.

13. RECLASSIFICATION OF THE FIREFIGHTER/EMT POSITION TO SALARY GRADE 11480\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the Barstow Fire Protection District Board:\n1. Approve the reclassification of the Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) position to\nsalary grade 11480 ($6,229.56 - $7,950.67 per month) (Attachment B).
