11. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT RELATED TO ARPA\nFUNDS FOR BARSTOW CEMETERY RESTROOM PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the contract between San Bernardino County and the City of\nBarstow for the Barstow Cemetery Restroom Construction Project that will extend the\nobligation period to May 31, 2025.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute Amendment No. 2 to the contract between\nSan Bernardino County and the City of Barstow for the Barstow Cemetery Restroom\nConstruction Project.
