ACCEPTANCE OF SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (SBCTA)\nBOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOARD) APPROVED FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $490,000\nFROM THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA) ARTICLE 3 BICYCLE AND\nPEDESTRIAN FACILITIES PROGRAM FOR THE RIMROCK ROAD RECONSTRUCTION\nPROJECT (BIKE/PED COMPONENTS) BETWEEN H ST. AND AGARITA AVE. PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\nCity Staff recommends the following:\n1. Approve Resolution No. XXXX-2025:\na) Authorizing the submittal of a claim to the San Bernardino Transportation Authority (SBCTA)\nfor Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 funds in the amount of $490,000.\nb) Authorizing the City Manager, or their designee, to certify project completion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documentation related to the project.\n3. Authorize City Staff to establish expenditure and revenue accounts specific to TDA Article 3\nfunds.

AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PLACEWORKS, INC.\nFOR CONSULTANT SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $450,254, ASSOCIATED WITH THE\nGENERAL PLAN UPDATE\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approval of the Professional Services Agreement Amendment with PlaceWorks (Attachment\nA) for the General Plan Update and associated tasks, in the amount of $450,254, of which\n$393,427 is reimbursable leaving a fiscal impact of $56,827 which is available in the adopted\nFY2025-26 budget; and\n2. Approval of Resolution XXXX-2025 (Attachment B), increasing offsetting revenues and\nexpenditures in the amount of $393,427.

Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute Amendment No. 6 (Attachment A)\nto Project Funding Agreement No. 15-1001119 pertaining to the North First Avenue\nOverhead Bridge over the BNSF Railroad which will extend the agreement termination date\nto June 30, 2026.
