15. AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PLACEWORKS, INC.\nFOR CONSULTANT SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $450,254, ASSOCIATED WITH THE\nGENERAL PLAN UPDATE\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approval of the Professional Services Agreement Amendment with PlaceWorks (Attachment\nA) for the General Plan Update and associated tasks, in the amount of $450,254, of which\n$393,427 is reimbursable leaving a fiscal impact of $56,827 which is available in the adopted\nFY2025-26 budget; and\n2. Approval of Resolution XXXX-2025 (Attachment B), increasing offsetting revenues and\nexpenditures in the amount of $393,427.
