Direct City Clerk to schedule the second reading and adoption of BFPD Ordinance No. 31-\n2026 with proposed local amendments and amendments to the Barstow Fire Protection District's\nStandards for the regularly scheduled Fire Board meeting on May 19, 2026.

Adopt the updated municipal user fee schedule as presented.\n4. Adopt the Resolution approving the Municipal Cost Allocation Plan.\n5. Direct staff to incorporate the updated cost allocation methodology and fee cost basis into the\nFY 2026/27 budget process.\n6. 8.\nRESOLUTION NO. ____-2026 TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE PROCUREMENT AND\nREPLACEMENT OF (2) FIRE COMMAND VEHICLES AS PART OF A VEHICLE\nREPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE BARSTOW FIRE\nPROTECTION DISTRICT.\nRecommended Action:\nThat the City Council approve the purchase of (2) 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Fire Command\nVehicles, including all necessary conversion and equipment costs, in an amount not to exceed\n$290,000, and authorize the Fire District Administrator, Fire Chief, or designee to execute all\nagreements necessary to complete the purchase, outfitting, and placement into service.

That the Mayor and Council Approve Phase 1 Main Street improvement projects in an amount\nnot to exceed $1,285,000;\n2. Authorize The City Manager Or Designee To Execute All Necessary Agreements And\nDocuments To Implement Phase 1 Projects; and\n3. Direct Staff To Identify Funding Opportunities For Phase 2 Improvements And Return To\nCouncil With A Proposed Timeline, Design Concepts, And Funding Strategy.
