Introduce BFPD Ordinance No. 31-2026 (Attachment A), with proposed local amendments and\nstandards (Attachment B), and waive the full reading.\n2. Direct City Clerk to schedule the second reading and adoption of BFPD Ordinance No. 31-\n2026 with proposed local amendments and amendments to the Barstow Fire Protection District's\nStandards for the regularly scheduled Fire Board meeting on May 19, 2026.
