No new significant\nimpacts would occur with the proposed art work.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Approve the art in public places proposals\nsubmitted by the developer to install decorative light poles and complete a mural\nat “The Edgeway” project (16411 Bellflower Boulevard, 9742 Mayne Street and\n9735 Oak Street), as fulfillment of the Art in Public Places requirement;\n2) Authorize the City Manager to take reasonable actions to implement the City\nCouncil’s action; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this\nitem.
