Renewal of General Lease- Boat Launch at Quechan Park.\nRecommendation: Authorize the Mayor to execute a Lease with the California State Lands\nCommission for the City’s use of sovereign land located in the historic bed of the Colorado\nRiver for a boat launch at Quechan Park and authorize the City Manager to file any and all\ndocuments necessary to renew the lease.
