Agreement with County of Riverside for Use of the Public Safety Communication\n(PSEC) System.\nRecommendation: Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the PSEC Use Agreement\nwith the County of Riverside once reviewed and approved by the City Attorney and authorize\nthe Interim City Manager to approve and execute any and all agreements and purchase orders\nnecessary to implement the PSEC System, in an amount not to exceed $500,000.
