Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute not more than two (2)\nagreement extensions of two (2) years each.

Max Goltz to the Parks, Recreation and Education Commission to fill\nan unscheduled vacancy for a term ending in January 2027; and\n2. Karen Spearrin to the Library Commission to fill an unscheduled vacancy for\na term ending in January 2027; and\n3. Jennifer Jasbi and Dorrina Shajari to the Calabasas Community Foundation,\neach for three-year terms ending in January 2030.

6.\nAmendment to Contract Between the Board of Administration California\nPublic Employees’ Retirement System and the City Council of the City of\nCalabasas\nRecommendation: Conduct second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2026-421,\nwaiving full reading of the text, authorizing an amendment to the contract between\nthe Board of Administration California Public Employees’ Retirement System\n(CalPERS) and the City of Calabasas (City) to provide Section 20903 (two years\nadditional service credit) for local miscellaneous members.\nVERBAL REPORTS
