2.\nCity Council Minutes\nRecommendation: Approve the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of\nFebruary 25, 2026.

3.\nProfessional Services Agreement with American Heritage Landscape, LP for\nLandscape Maintenance within Landscape Lighting Act District 22, Zone 5\n(LLAD 22)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement with American Heritage Landscape, LP, in\nsubstantially the same form as submitted, for General Landscape\nMaintenance for Calabasas Country Estates Homeowners Association within\nthe Landscape Lighting Act District 22 for a total amount not-to-exceed\n$188,756.66 for a 5-year term.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute not more than two (2)\nagreement extensions of two (2) years each.

4.\nAdoption of Ordinance Regulating Electric Mobility Devices\nRecommendation: Conduct second reading, waiving the reading of the full text, and\nadopt Ordinance No. 2026-423 of the City of Calabasas amending the Calabasas\nMunicipal Code Title 10 – Vehicles and Traffic, adding Chapter 10.24 “Electric\nMobility Devices” to establish mobility device regulations, and approving a CEQA\nexemption determination.\nCONTINUED BUSINESS

5.\nCommission Appointments\nRecommendation:\nConfirm the following commission appointments:\n1. Max Goltz to the Parks, Recreation and Education Commission to fill\nan unscheduled vacancy for a term ending in January 2027; and\n2. Karen Spearrin to the Library Commission to fill an unscheduled vacancy for\na term ending in January 2027; and\n3. Jennifer Jasbi and Dorrina Shajari to the Calabasas Community Foundation,\neach for three-year terms ending in January 2030.

6.\nAmendment to Contract Between the Board of Administration California\nPublic Employees’ Retirement System and the City Council of the City of\nCalabasas\nRecommendation: Conduct second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 2026-421,\nwaiving full reading of the text, authorizing an amendment to the contract between\nthe Board of Administration California Public Employees’ Retirement System\n(CalPERS) and the City of Calabasas (City) to provide Section 20903 (two years\nadditional service credit) for local miscellaneous members.\nVERBAL REPORTS
