3. Professional Services Agreement with American Heritage Landscape, LP for Landscape Maintenance within Landscape Lighting Act District 22, Zone 5 (LLAD 22) Recommendation: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement with American Heritage Landscape, LP, in substantially the same form as submitted, for General Landscape Maintenance for Calabasas Country Estates Homeowners Association within the Landscape Lighting Act District 22 for a total amount not-to-exceed $188,756.66 for a 5-year term. 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute not more than two (2) agreement extensions of two (2) years each.
