Professional Services Agreement with RMG Communications Recommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with RMG Communications to provide ongoing, on-call modular communications services, in an amount not-to-exceed $275,000, for a one-year term, with two one-year extensions.
