FOR ON-CALL PURCHASES OF YOUTH SPORTS\nUNIFORMS AS NEEDED (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. WAIVE any irregularities in the proposals received, pursuant to CMC 2611(l)(2); and\n— 2. AWARD and APPROVE a three-year on-call Contract Services Agreement, with two (2) one-year\nextensions at the the City's discretion, to AMERICAN SOCCER COMPANY, INC., dba Score Sports, for\nthe provision of youth sports uniforms, at a not-to-exceed Contract Sum of $900,000 for the initial\nthree-year contract term (Exhibit No. 1; the "ASC Contract"); and\n— 3. AWARD and APPROVE a three-year on-call Contract Services Agreement, with two (2) one-year\nextensions at the the City's discretion, to BUDDY'S ALLSTARS, for the provision of youth sports\nuniforms, at a not-to-exceed Contract Sum of $900,000 for the initial three-year contract term (Exhibit\nNo. 2; the "Buddy's AllStars Contract"); and\n— 4. AWARD and APPROVE a three-year on-call Contract Services Agreement, with two (2) one-year\nextensions at the City's discretion, to TRIANGLE SPORTS INC., for the provision of youth sports\nuniforms, at a not-to-exceed Contract Sum of $900,000 for the initial three-year contract term (Exhibit\nNo. 3; the "Triangle Sports Contract"); and\n— 5. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the ASC contract, the Buddy's AllStars Contract, and the\nTriangle Sports Contract, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
