18. CONSIDER APPROVING AN INCREASE TO THE APPROVED FISCAL YEAR SPEND WITH AMAZON FOR MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. WAIVE the formal bidding procedures as defined by CMC Section 2610, as allowed by CMC Section 2611(g) (Cooperative Purchasing). — 2. AUTHORIZE the City to make purchases of materials, supplies and equipment from Amazon Business in a cumulative amount not to exceed $200,000 per fiscal year, throughout the term of the approved cooperative agreement.
