APPROVE Amendment No. 7 to the Contract Services Agreement with Nationwide\nEnvironmental Services, Inc., a division of Joe’s Sweeping, Inc., to provide street sweeping\nservices with a disposal rate adjustment of $55,845 and annual Consumer Price Index rate\nadjustment of $40,273.21 for FY 2025-26, for a total amount of $96,118.21, thereby increasing\nthe total annual contract sum under the Agreement to $1,273,697.53;\n— 2.
