27. CONSIDER AWARDING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL, SOUTHERN LOS ANGELES COUNTY FOR BUS STOP CLEANING SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. WAIVE any irregularities or informalities in the Goodwill proposal, pursuant to CMC 2611(l) (2); — 2. AWARD and APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with GOODWILL, SOUTHERN LOS ANGELES COUNTY (Exhibit No. 3; Agreement); and, — 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
