Ramon Bridge and Street Widening Project: Approval of Joint Use\nAgreement with Southern California Edison and Underground funding.\nRecommendation: To approve the Joint Use Agreement (JUA) with Southern\nCalifornia Edison Company, for the relocation of Southern\nCalifornia Edison (SCE) facilities east of the intersection of\nRamon Road and San Luis Rey Drive, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the JUA; and, authorize the funding\nfor the JUA relocation work in the amount of $158,742 which\nincludes a 15% contingency for unforeseen construction\ncosts with financial responsibilities apportioned to Coachella\nValley Association of Governments (CVAG) in the amount of\n$119,056.50 and the City in the amount of $39,685.50,\nCathedral City Page 2\nrespectively.

Approve the CDBG FY 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan\nRecommendation: To approve the FY 2023-2024 Community Development\nBlock Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan for submittal to the\nU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development\n(HUD); and, authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute the required certifications; and, execute all funding\nagreements and documents consistent with the FY 2023-\n2024 Annual Action Plan.

On-Call Engineering Services - City Projects Agreement Approvals\nRecommendation: To approve two (2) year Agreements with NAI Consulting,\nInc., Interwest Consulting Group, Fomotor Engineering and\nHR Green Pacific, Inc., for On-Call Engineering Support\nServices for various City Engineering and Public Works\nMaintenance Divisions projects; and, authorize the City\nManager to execute the Agreement documents.
