F. Ramon Bridge and Street Widening Project: Approval of Joint Use\nAgreement with Southern California Edison and Underground funding.\nRecommendation: To approve the Joint Use Agreement (JUA) with Southern\nCalifornia Edison Company, for the relocation of Southern\nCalifornia Edison (SCE) facilities east of the intersection of\nRamon Road and San Luis Rey Drive, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the JUA; and, authorize the funding\nfor the JUA relocation work in the amount of $158,742 which\nincludes a 15% contingency for unforeseen construction\ncosts with financial responsibilities apportioned to Coachella\nValley Association of Governments (CVAG) in the amount of\n$119,056.50 and the City in the amount of $39,685.50,\nCathedral City Page 2\nrespectively.
