Authorization of Cooperative Purchases for equipment and amenities\nfor the Dream Homes Park Project CIP No. 7021\nRecommendation: For the City Council to authorize the City Manager to\nexecute purchase orders or any other required documents in\nthe total amount of $1,191,668.69 for the following:\n· Purchase and installation of fabric shade structures\nwith USA Shade & Fabric Structures, Inc.\n· Purchase and installation of playground equipment\nand soft surface with Landscape Structures, Inc.\n· Purchase of site furnishing with Coast Creation, Inc.\n· Purchase of hardtop shade structures with Icon\nShade Systems Inc.\n· Purchase of exercise equipment with Greenfields\nOutdoor Fitness, Inc.\nAll the above required for the construction of Dream Homes\nPark Project CIP No. 7021.

RCTC SB 821 Grant Funding Agreements for the Perez Road Class IV\nSeparated Bikeways and Whispering Palms Trail Class III Bike Routes\nProjects\nCathedral City Page 3\nRecommendation: For the City Council to approve agreements with the\nRiverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) for\nfunding under Senate Bill 821 (SB 821) Bicycle and\nPedestrian Facilities Program, for the design and\nconstruction of: (I) Class IV separated bicycle lanes on\nPerez Road, and (ii) Class III bicycle lanes on Whispering\nPalms Trail; authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreements; and authorize the amendment of the Capital\nImprovement Plan to show the amounts of $680,000 and\n$1,062,000 for Class IV separated bicycle lanes on Perez\nRoad Project and Class III bicycle lanes on Whispering\nPalms Trail Project, respectively.
