F. RCTC SB 821 Grant Funding Agreements for the Perez Road Class IV\nSeparated Bikeways and Whispering Palms Trail Class III Bike Routes\nProjects\nCathedral City Page 3\nRecommendation: For the City Council to approve agreements with the\nRiverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) for\nfunding under Senate Bill 821 (SB 821) Bicycle and\nPedestrian Facilities Program, for the design and\nconstruction of: (I) Class IV separated bicycle lanes on\nPerez Road, and (ii) Class III bicycle lanes on Whispering\nPalms Trail; authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreements; and authorize the amendment of the Capital\nImprovement Plan to show the amounts of $680,000 and\n$1,062,000 for Class IV separated bicycle lanes on Perez\nRoad Project and Class III bicycle lanes on Whispering\nPalms Trail Project, respectively.
