Ratify Amendments made to Resolution 2023-41 Approving the\nDesignation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution for Non-State Agencies\nauthorizing the City Manager, Financial Services Director and Director\nof Public Works to execute and provide all forms, agreements, and other\nassurances as required for federal financial assistance under Public\nLaw 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and\nEmergency Assistance Act of 1988.\nRecommendation: To ratify the amendments made to Resolution 2023-41\napproving the Designation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution\nfor Non-State Agencies authorizing the City Manager,\nFinancial Services Director and Director of Public Works to\nexecute and provide all forms, agreements, and other\nassurances as required for federal financial assistance\nunder Public Law 93-288 as amended by the Robert T.\nStafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of\n1988.

Adopt a Resolution Certifying Completion of Public Improvements in\nTracts No. 37647-1, 37647-2 AND 37647, and authorizing the release of\nsecurities pursuant to HPH Homebuilders 2000, L.P.'s (Developer)\nImprovement Agreements with the City.\nCathedral City Page 3\nRecommendation: To adopt a Resolution, (a): certifying the public\nimprovements constructed within Tract No. 37647-1, Tract\nNo. 37647-2, and Tract No. 37647 by HPH Homebuilders\n2000, L.P., pursuant to these respective Subdivision\nImprovement Agreements with the City, were completed in\naccordance with City standards and specifications; and (b):\nauthorizing the release of Improvement Agreement\nsecurities and deposits for each Tract as described in the\nResolution; and (c): authorize the City Manager to execute\nand the Director of Public Works to file a Notice of\nCompletion for the projects, respectively; and (d): accept\ncertain improvements into the City maintained street system.

(Developer), pursuant to its Improvement Agreement\nwith the City and Amendment No. 2 to that same\nAgreement, were completed in accordance with City\nstandards and specifications; and (b): authorize the release\nof Improvement Agreement securities and deposits as\ndescribed in the Resolution; and (c): authorize the City\nManager to execute and the Director of Public Works to file\na Notice of Completion for the project, respectively; and (d):\naccept certain improvements into the City maintained street\nsystem.
