Conduct second reading of Ordinance No. ______, an\nOrdinance of the City Council of the City of Cathedral City\nadding Chapter 8.64 to Title 8 of the City of Cathedral City\nMunicipal Code to Create an Expedited Permitting Process\nfor Electric Vehicle Charging Station Systems;\n2. Find that adoption of Ordinance No. __ is exempt from\nCEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines; and\n3. Adopt the Checklist for Permitting Electric Vehicles and\nElectric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE).
