Resolution Adopting the City's FY 2024-2025 RMRA (SB-1) Projects\nRecommendation: To approve a Resolution adopting the City’s FY 2024-2025\nCapital Improvement Project (CIP) Plan's projects funded by\nSenate Bill 1 (SB-1), the Road Repair and Accountability Act\nof 2017, and to approve the list selected for rehabilitation\ndue to the Tropical Storm Hillary to be funded by SB-1 funds.

Award Construction Contract to Granite Construction for the Via De\nAnza Street Improvements Project - Phase III, CIP No. C08841\nRecommendation: To award a construction contract to Granite Construction\nCompany in the amount of $1,016,000 for the construction of\nVia de Anza Street Improvements Project Phase III\n(C08841) and approve a fifteen percent (15%) contingency\nin the amount of $152,400 for any unforeseeable\nconstruction costs; and, approve a budget adjustment in the\namount of $303,803 by allocating funds from the Local\nStreets and Roads Program (SB1) with account number\n248-100-150-156-8800-8802; and, authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract documents; and, authorize\nthe City Engineer to request bonds and insurance for the\nProject, and issue the Notice to Proceed.

Reimbursement Agreement with the Coachella Valley Water District\n(CVWD) in conjunction with the upcoming Via De Anza Street\nImprovements Project - Phase III\nRecommendation: To authorize the City Manager to execute a 100%\nReimbursement Agreement with the Coachella Valley Water\nDistrict (CVWD) for the relocation and replacement of a\nwater main at an estimated construction cost of $435,000\nwithin the limits of the upcoming Via De Anza Street\nImprovements Project - Phase III, located along the east\nside of Via De Anza between Olancha Road and Ortega\nCathedral City Page 3\nRoad, and the Arrowhead Road cul-de-sac east of Via De\nAnza.

Professional Services Contract with Terra Nova Planning and Research,\nInc. for Messenger Project\nRecommendation: To approve a professional services agreement with Terra\nNova Planning and Research, Inc. for planning and\nenvironmental services related to the Messenger\ndevelopment project and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement with Terra Nova Planning and\nResearch, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nreimbursement agreement with Developer for the cost of\nservices.
