Extension of Time No. EXT-2024-0001 for Tentative Tract Map No. 16414 and Site Plan\nReview No. 19SPR04, Lennar, applicant: The Planning Commission adopted a resolution\napproving extension of time EXT-2024-0001 to grant a 36-month extension to Tentative\nTract Map No. 16414 and Site Plan Review No. 19SPR04 to subdivide approximately 23\nacres of vacant land and develop 220 multifamily residential attached townhomes located at\nthe northeast corner of Butterfield Ranch Road and Avenida De Portugal, subject to\nconditions of approval as amended and finding that none of the conditions described in\nSection 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines calling for subsequent Environmental Review are\npresent\nPUBLIC HEARING - This portion of the City Council Agenda is for all matters that legally require an\nopportunity for public input. Adopt resolution awarding bid and contract with Tanko Streetlighting, Inc., in amount of\n$361,900 pursuant to California Government Code Sections 4217.10 through 4217.18 to\nconvert 295 walkway light fixtures to LED; design and construction/ replacement of 29\nwalkway light fixture poles in City parks; authorize City Manager to modify scope of work\nand amend agreement to exceed contract amount up to $36,190; adopt budget amendment\nresolution for Fiscal Year 2023-24 increasing General Fund Budget for Citywide Parks\nWalkway Lighting LED Project by $84,700 for Citywide Parks Walkway Lighting LED\nUpgrade Project; and determine project exempt from review under California Environmental\nQuality Act
