Authorize execution of Amendment No. 4 to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement A92-024\nwith San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), now referred to as San\nBernardino Council of Governments (SBCOG), to provide Board of Directors with authority\nto adjust methodology for assessing member agency dues and additional changes without\nneeding to amend JPA agreement as Board is expected to increase membership dues\nfrom $19,252 in Fiscal Year 2023-24 to $44,798 in Fiscal Year 2024-25, enabling SBCOG to\nprovide more services to members
