13. Authorize execution of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A2023-005 with AKM\nConsulting Engineers increasing total agreement not-to-exceed amount to $641,872 for the\nCitywide Storm Drain Master Plan Study Project for additional scope of work required for\nproposed hydrology software system

Appropriate $115,000 from Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Fund;\naward contract to Copp Contracting, Inc., in amount of $439,615; and authorize City\nManager, at his discretion, to approve cumulative change orders up to ten percent\n($43,961.50) of the awarded contract amount for Scenic Ridge Drive and Rimrock Avenue\nPavement Rehabilitation Project

15. Appropriate $1,300,000 from CFD 9 Fund and $700,000 from CFD Regional Fund; waive\nmathematical error by apparent low bidder L.M.T. Enterprises, Inc.,(dba Tyner Paving\nCompany) as immaterial; award contract to L.M.T. Enterprises, Inc., (dba Tyner Paving\nCompany) in amount of $2,029,957.92; authorize City Manager, at his discretion, to approve\ncumulative change orders up to ten percent ($202,995.79) of awarded contract amount for\nconstruction of Community Park Improvements (Phase III - Expansion of Parking Lot and\nSite Improvements - Re-Bid) Project

Appropriate $2,500,000 from Water Utilities Fund; authorize execution of Amendment No. 6\nto Agreement No. A2021-042 with Hazen and Sawyer increasing total agreement not-to-\nexceed amount to $1,669,786 for additional engineering design services; and authorize\nexecution of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. A2022-160 with Butier Engineering, Inc.,\nincreasing total agreement not-to-exceed amount to $1,479,598.25 for additional\nconstruction management support and special inspection services for 1,2,3-TCP Removal\nTreatment Plant Project

Appropriate $2,100,000 from Water Utility Fund; award contract to Gentry Brothers, Inc., in\namount of $2,988,734.16; authorize City Manager, at his discretion, to approve cumulative\nchange orders up to ten percent ($298,873.42) for construction of English Road Recycled\nWater Line Project; authorize execution of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A2024-026\nwith SA Associates increasing total agreement not-to-exceed amount to $340,000 for design\nof booster pump station to provide sufficient water pressure within English Road Recycled\nWater Line Project; and authorize City Manager, at his discretion, to approve cumulative\namendments up to ten percent ($34,000) of awarded agreement amount

Appropriate $200,000 from Water Utility Fund; authorize execution of Amendment No. 1 to\nAgreement No. A2021-110 with General Pump Company increasing annual not-to-exceed\namount to $400,000 and total not-to-exceed amount to $1,400,000 to provide maintenance,\nrepair, and on-call emergency water well, booster, and hydro-pneumatic pump services
