Appropriate $2,500,000 from Water Utilities Fund; authorize execution of Amendment No. 6\nto Agreement No. A2021-042 with Hazen and Sawyer increasing total agreement not-to-\nexceed amount to $1,669,786 for additional engineering design services; and authorize\nexecution of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. A2022-160 with Butier Engineering, Inc.,\nincreasing total agreement not-to-exceed amount to $1,479,598.25 for additional\nconstruction management support and special inspection services for 1,2,3-TCP Removal\nTreatment Plant Project
