7.1.\n\nConsideration of Resolution No. CC 2025-39 - A RESOLUTION OF THE\n\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA, MAKING A\n\nNOMINATION TO REPRESENT CITIES WITH PRESCRIPTIVE PUMPING\n\nRIGHTS ON THE BOARD OF THE SAN GABRIEL BASIN WATER\n\nQUALITY AUTHORITY\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n\nStaff recommends the City Council 1)\n\nmake a nomination to represent cities with prescriptive pumping rights on\n\nthe board of the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority; and 2) adopt\n\nResolution No. CC 2025-39.
