7.1. Consideration of Resolution No. CC 2025-39 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA, MAKING A NOMINATION TO REPRESENT CITIES WITH PRESCRIPTIVE PUMPING RIGHTS ON THE BOARD OF THE SAN GABRIEL BASIN WATER QUALITY AUTHORITY RECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends the City Council 1) make a nomination to represent cities with prescriptive pumping rights on the board of the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority; and 2) adopt Resolution No. CC 2025-39.
