Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the First Amended and\nRestated License Agreement for the Use of City Real Property with Pacific Utility\nInstallation, Inc.\nc. Authorize an estimated revenue increase in the amount of $91,390 in the\nGreenfield Electric Utility Fund 578 for the remainder of FY 2024.

Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with\nGHD, Inc. for Water Treatment Systems Design to increase the compensation by\n$210,000 and extend the contract term through June 30, 2024.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Second Amendment\nwith GHD, Inc., in the amount of $460,000, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070 (I), which is equivalent to\n10% or $46,000.\nAgenda\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.

Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Advantec Consulting\nEngineers, Inc., for a term of eight months from August 16, 2023, through April\n30, 2024, in the amount of $216,440.\nb. Award Request for Proposals 23-075YL for design and engineering services for\nthe Citywide Traffic Signal Optimization Capital Improvement Project No. ST-\n2022-03.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Advantec Consulting Engineers, Inc., in the amount of\n$216,440, including any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase\norders, and amendments up to the amount authorized by Corona Municipal Code\n3.08.070(I), which is equivalent to 10% or $21,644.

Adopt Resolution 2023-090 declaring that the portion of the property identified\nas APN 101-190-034 and excess street right-of-way on Green River Road is\nsurplus land and is no longer necessary for the City’s use.\nb. Direct the City Manager, or his designee, to follow the procedures set forth in\nthe Surplus Land Act pursuant to California Government Code Section 54220, et\nseq. for the sale of surplus land.

Adopt Resolution No. 2023-088, calling a special election and submitting to the\nqualified electors of the territory proposed to be annexed to Community Facilities\nDistrict No. 2016-3 (Maintenance Services) of the City of Corona the question of\nlevying special taxes within the territory proposed to be annexed (Annexation\nNo. 35).\nb.
