11. AGREEMENT - SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH GHD, INC. FOR WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS DESIGN\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with\nGHD, Inc. for Water Treatment Systems Design to increase the compensation by\n$210,000 and extend the contract term through June 30, 2024.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Second Amendment\nwith GHD, Inc., in the amount of $460,000, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070 (I), which is equivalent to\n10% or $46,000.\nAgenda\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
