Approve the Master Subscription Agreement for the CIS Infinity Version 5\nsoftware upgrade with N. Harris Computer Corporation through its Advanced\nUtility Systems division in the amount of $474,916.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Master Subscription\nAgreement with N. Harris Computer Corporation through its Advanced Utility\nSystems division in the amount of $474,916, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(I), which is equivalent to\n10% or $47,491.\nc. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $214,408 to the Utility Billing\nSoftware System Upgrade Capital Improvement Project TC-2022-03 and\nincrease estimated revenue by the same amount in the Information Technology\nFund 681.\nd. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $214,408 to the Utilities\nDepartment’s operating budget for additional allocation costs incurred as a result\nof an increase to the Information Technology Fund 681, an Internal Service\nFund.\ne. Authorize a contingency increase for the purchase order with Voltaire\nEngineering, Inc. (PO# P23126) from 10% ($41,358) up to 20% ($82,716) for\nadditional soil cement quantities and planting beyond the original construction\ndrawings for the Dominguez Ranch Slope Improvements Project, No. FC-2023-\n03.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a change order with\nVoltaire Engineering, Inc., based on the revised contingency amount.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthat the City Council take the above action.

9. BUDGETARY - FISCAL YEAR 2024 PENSION STABILIZATION TRUST\nCONTRIBUTION\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the annual contribution of $2,000,000 from Measure X Reserves Fund\n120 to the Pension Stabilization Trust Fund 485.\nb. Approve the Pension Stabilization Trustee Board’s recommendation to contribute\n$4,050,000 of the Fiscal Year 2023 General Fund 110 year-end surplus to the\nPension Stabilization Trust Fund 485.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to make the necessary budget and\naccounting adjustments for the Fiscal Year 2024 contribution.
