6. MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL HVAC\n25-416\nMAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the Interim City Manager and the City Clerk to\nexecute a two-year Maintenance Services Agreement (MSA) to provide\non-call Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) mechanical\nautomation system repairs and maintenance services, with three (3)\none-year renewal periods, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000\nannually in a form as approved by the City Attorney to:\n• FM Thomas\n• Harbor Pointe\n• Southland Industries\n2.
