AGREEMENT FOR A SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER PROGRAM 25-386 BETWEEN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AND NEWPORT-MESA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1.
