10. STATE OF THE CITY 2025 SPONSORSHIP\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve the release of a Request for Sponsorship (RFS) for the 2025 State of the City event;\n2) Approve the Sponsorship Agreement template, subject to such changes as may be approved by\nthe City Manager and City Attorney;\n3) Authorize the City Manager or Assistant City Manager to evaluate submitted Requests for\nSponsorship and select sponsors; and\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Sponsorship Agreements.

11. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR SYCAMORE CREEK PARK IMPROVEMENTS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nexecute the contract with Dave Bang Associates Inc., for the purchase, removal, and installation of\n11 new outdoor fitness equipment stations at Sycamore Creek Park.

12. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ALL AGREEMENTS AND DOCUMENTS\nASSOCIATED WITH CALTRANS PERMITS REGARDING THE DOHENY VILLAGE\nCONNECTIVITY PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council designate the City Manager to sign all agreements\nand documents associated with State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) permits\nfor the Doheny Village Connectivity Project.

13. HISTORIC PRESERVATION AGREEMENT (MILLS ACT) FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT\n35145 BEACH ROAD\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the Mayor to sign a Historic Property\nPreservation Agreement which would allow the historic structure’s property owner at 34145 Beach\nRoad to participate in the State’s Mills Act Program.\nUNFINISHED BUSINESS

14. RESOLUTION RECITING THE FACT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON\nNOVEMBER 5, 2024, DECLARING THE RESULT AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED\nBY LAW\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA,\nRECITING THE FACT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 5,\n2024, DECLARING THE RESULT AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED BY LAW.

15. CITY COUNCIL POLICY UPDATE – ADOPT UPDATES TO SERIES 201-210\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt revisions to City Council Policies within the\n200 Series.

16. INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING DANA POINT MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER\n4.04, FIREWORKS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Introduce and hold the First Reading of an Ordinance of the City of Dana Point entitled:\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA\nAMENDING IN ITS ENTIRETY DANA POINT MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 4.04,\nFIREWORKS\n2) Direct Staff to schedule a second reading and adoption of the proposed Ordinance amending\nChapter 4.04.

5. TREASURER’S REPORT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council receive and file the Treasurer’s Report for October,\n2024.

6. ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30,\n2024\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council receive and file the Annual Comprehensive\nFinancial Report (“ACFR”) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.

7. SORRENTO SISTER CITY – SAINT ANTONINO FESTIVAL\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve travel expenses of airfare and incidentals\nto the City of Sorrento, Italy for the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem to attend the Saint Antonino Festival.

8. 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the 2025 City Council meeting schedule.

9. 2025 SPECIAL EVENT CALENDAR\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the Special Event Calendar for 2025.\n2
