11. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR SYCAMORE CREEK PARK IMPROVEMENTS RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the contract with Dave Bang Associates Inc., for the purchase, removal, and installation of 11 new outdoor fitness equipment stations at Sycamore Creek Park.
