11. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THUNDERBIRD PARK PLAY STRUCTURE RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract with Dave Bang Associates Inc., for the purchase and installation of a new play structure at Thunderbird Park; and 2) Authorize the budget adjustment outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section of the report.
