11. FUNDING FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL BATTERY BACK UP SYSTEM AUTOMATION RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the budget adjustment as noted in the Fiscal Impact Section of the Report for automation of traffic signal battery back up system operations per City Policy.
