SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ARDURRA GROUP, INCORPORATED TO PREPARE DESIGN\nDOCUMENTS FOR THE STONEHILL DRIVE WIDENING/IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with Ardurra Group, for the preparation of design\ndocuments for the Stonehill Drive Widening/Improvements Project, and authorize the City\nManager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City; and,\n2\n2) Fund the work effort from CIP #1351 Stonehill Drive Improvements Project as outlined in the\nFiscal Impact Section.

MID-FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 BUDGET REPORT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Receive and file the Mid-Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget Status Report and authorize the budget\namendments detailed within the report; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to make an Additional Discretionary Payment to CalPERS towards\nthe City’s “Classic” pension plan’s unfunded liability; and\n3) Adopt a Resolution Entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA,\nESTABLISHING SALARY RANGES FOR REPRESENTED AND NON-REPRESENTED\nCLASSIFICATIONS AND ADOPTING NEW JOB TITLES AND CLASS SPECIFICATIONS

CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT TO PREPARE DESIGN DOCUMENTS FOR THE DEL\nOBISPO PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with RJM Design Group (Action Document A) for\npreparation of design documents for the Del Obispo Park Improvements Project and authorize the\nCity Manager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City; and\n2) Authorize the budget adjustment outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section of this report.
