6. STAGE AND SOUND CONTRACT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with Southern California Sounds, Stage and Lighting Corporation for stage and sound for Shakespear in the Park and the summer Concerts in the Park series.
