Authorize the City Manager to execute a subaward agreement with the\nCity of Los Angeles and accept a 2023 Urban Area Security Initiatives\nGrant for $251,765 towards the purchase of an armored rescue vehicle\nfor an estimated total cost not to exceed $458,379.\n2. Authorize the use of an additional $206,614 from Asset Forfeiture to\ncover the remaining amount necessary to complete the purchase of the\narmored rescue vehicle, which includes a 15% contingency of $26,950\nadded to the Asset Forfeiture amount to account for potential cost\nincreases before the City's purchase is finalized.\n3.
