Contact Person: Engineer II\nBarr Environmental Considerations: It has been determined that the proposed\nproject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\n5/17/24, 1:50 PM encinitas.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=7&event_id=4496\npursuant to Section 15301 (c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section exempts\nprojects characterized as minor alterations to public facilities, involving\nnegligible or no expansion of the existing use.
