C. Accept Donation from Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. (2023 21-2845\nFestival of Winter)\nAccept donation from Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc in the amount of $2,500\nfor use towards 2023 Festival of Winter Event.

D. Award a Construction Contract for the Miller Park Fence 21-2852\nInstallation Project (Bid No. DE-24-08-SB)\n1. Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract with Dash Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the\nMiller Park Fence Installation Project (#37600045) in the amount of\n$605,572.00, and authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of\n$60,557.20 (Bid No. DE-24-08-SB).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of\nthe City of Fontana for the Miller Park Fence Installation Project.

E. Award Bid for Baseline Avenue Median Landscape 21-2855\nImprovements (PW-24-70-SB)\nAward bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract\nwith Superb Engineering Inc. for the construction of Baseline Avenue Median\nLandscape Improvements in the amount of $466,577.35 and authorize a\n10% contingency amount of $46,658 (Bid No. PW-24-70-SB).

F. Police Department Monthly Information Update 21-2856\nAccept the Police Department monthly information update for January 2024.

G. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services 21-2871\nAgreement (SQ-47-DE-23) for Architecture and Interior\nDesign Services (Stage Red)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to a\nProfessional Services Agreement (SQ-47-DE-23) with Ideation Design Group\nfor architectural and Interior Design services for the renovation of Stage RED\nin the amount of $55,580 for a total contract amount of $264,880 plus\nreimbursable expenses not to exceed $5,000.

H. Approve Amendment No. 4 to the San Bernardino 21-2887\nAssociated Governments Joint Powers Authority\nAgreement and approve the incremental increase in\nmember dues to $100,327.\n1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for the Joint Exercise of\nPowers relative to the San Bernardino Associated Governments, now\nreferred to as the San Bernardino Council of Governments (SBCOG),\nSANBAG JPA to amend language concerning the method by which\nmember agency dues are assessed.\n2. Increase membership dues by $43,334, for a total of $63,834 for Fiscal\nYear 2024/2025 and an additional increase of $36,493 for a total of\n$100,327 for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
