Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract with Dash Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the\nMiller Park Fence Installation Project (#37600045) in the amount of\n$605,572.00, and authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of\n$60,557.20 (Bid No. DE-24-08-SB).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of\nthe City of Fontana for the Miller Park Fence Installation Project.
