G. Final Acceptance for the Construction of the Miller Park 25-0074\nFence Installation Project (Bid No. DE-24-08-SB)\nAccept as complete the work performed by Dash Construction Company, Inc.\nfor the construction of the Miller Park Fence Installation Project (Bid No.\nDE-24-08-SB).

H. Acceptance of Fontana’s Downtown Revitalization Grant 25-0077\n1. Accept grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment in the amount of $850,000 for Fontana’s Downtown\nRevitalization.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or City Manager’s designee, to execute and\ntransmit any documents necessary or desirable to ensure the City’s timely\nsubmittal and execution of the Community Project Funding (CPF).

I. Award a Construction Contract for the First Responders 25-0080\nMemorial Monument Project (Bid No. DE-25-76-SB)\n1. Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a Construction\nContract with Jergensen Construction, Inc. for the construction of the First\nResponders Memorial Monument Project in the amount of $1,209,000.00,\nand authorize a contingency in the amount of $120,900.00 (Bid No.\nDE-25-76-SB).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements, utility\neasements and any related items on behalf of the City of Fontana for the\nFirst Responders Memorial Monument Project (Bid No. DE-25-76-SB).

Business License Compliance Program - Home-based 25-0083\nBusinesses\nAuthorize the one-time waiver of penalties and prior year business license\ntax for home-based businesses or individuals who are brought into\ncompliance with City Code Chapter 15-36 through the Business License\nCompliance Program - Home-based Businesses.

K. Award Bid for Synthetic Turf Sports Field Maintenance 25-0085\nServices\n1. Award Bid (SP-25-46-PW) and authorize the City Manager to execute\na contract with FieldTurf USA, Inc. in the amount of $124,800.00\nannually for two (2) years with three (3) 1-year renewals for Synthetic\nTurf Sports Field Maintenance Services.\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any future\namendments to the contract.

L. Acceptance of 2024 Older Adults Home Modification Grant 25-0090\nProgram\n1. Accept grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment in the amount of $2 million for the Older Adults Home\nModification Grant Program (OAHMP).\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or City Manager’s designee, to execute and\ntransmit any documents necessary or desirable to ensure the City’s timely\nsubmittal and execution of the Older Adults Home Modification Grant\nProgram (OAHMP).

M. Acceptance of Healthy Homes Production Grant Program 25-0092\n1. Accept grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment in the amount of $1,500,000 for the Healthy Homes\nProduction Grant Program.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or City Manager’s designee, to execute and\ntransmit any documents necessary or desirable to ensure the City’s timely\nsubmittal and execution of the Healthy Homes Production Grant Program\n(HHP).
