Accept grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment in the amount of $2 million for the Older Adults Home\nModification Grant Program (OAHMP).\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or City Manager’s designee, to execute and\ntransmit any documents necessary or desirable to ensure the City’s timely\nsubmittal and execution of the Older Adults Home Modification Grant\nProgram (OAHMP).
